Guests can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund (Minus Paypal/Stripe refund processing fees – approximately 2%, if applicable). If cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in and never check in, you’ll be charged for the first night. If you cancel after check-in, you may be liable to pay for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days).

Long-term policies
Flexible long-term cancellation policy (28 day+): To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If a guest cancels after that, guests will pay 100% for all nights spent. If fewer than 30 nights remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, guests will pay 100% for all remaining nights.

We do not share our guest information with any 3rd parties and all email correspondence is stored safely within the Google app services.
ID documents are not stored after your departure. We request formal ID documents in accordance with Treviso tourist board – additionally in compliance with Treviso council this is why we are required to collect 1€ per head (per night).
If guests prefer to send ID with encrypted WhatsApp, please ask for our details.
Payment protection
Guests can pay using secure PayPal or Stripe payment services. These are rated handlers to ensure trust between our guests and ourselves at CasaTrevigiana. Payment by bank transfer can also be arranged if requested.
